We are trying to connect “Albany Med Health System” and pull metadata via: https://fhir-myrecord-sc.cerner.com/r4/725ea83c-53c1-458f-a3a4-190e038b73c9/metadata but there is an error: “You have successfully reached the Cerner Health Services gateway. However, the application you were trying to reach is temporarily unavailable.”

A user reported that they are still able to log in “Albany Med Health System” Cerner Portal, so could you explain why the metadata request returned error?
