OS upgrade activity will have required on DR DB( Physical Stand by) server.
We are upgrading the Operating system from Aix 6.1 to 7.1 at DR Site and we have few Production databases( Physical Stand by ) environments here.
We'd like to know if there are any specific measures to be considered and/or are there any impacts of having Primary Database Operating system running Aix 6.1 while we Upgrade the Physical Stand by Operating system to Aix 7.1.
Eventually, we'll upgrade Primary Database Operating system to Aix 7.1 Upon successful Upgrade of Standby Database Operating system.
Please provide any such recommendation.
