AIX oracle rman backup to samba／cifs shared folder， error ORA-19502

I backup AIX Oracle 11.2.0.4 to a mounted shared folder (mount -v cifs), but failed, error:

ORA-19502: write error on file "/xxx/win_share/xxx.bak", blockno 257 (blocksize=8192)

ORA-27063: number of bytes read/written is incorrect

IBM AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 14: Bad address

but I can copy files and create file to this folder successfully

why?
