Aide/Tripwire

Greetings,

Is there a pakckage for AIDE (Advanced Intrusion Detection Evironment) or Tripwire? Or is there another product available to help detect file manipulation?

As a side note: Has anyone integrated Oracle DB with Aide (Aide supports PostgreSQL?)
