AIA over OSB Vs AIA over SOA Suite

Hi All,

We are having AIA11g over mix of SOA suite and OSB.
Environment : AIAFP over SOA suite11.1.1.5.0 and OSB 11.1.1.5.0 both on different managed servers but in same domain.
Below are my queries:

1. I would like to know the various scenarios where I should use AIA over OSB as opposed to AIA over SOA Suite?
2. Whether to implement ESL in OSB or will it be feasible to have some in mediator some in OSB depending on the scenario.
3. Will there be any issues checking with OER If I use mix of OSB and Mediator to implement ESL.
