Aggregation Weight change standard value in HFM 11.1.2.1

Hello all,

we have a test environment with hfm release 11.1.2.1 with 2 classic and 3 epma applications.
In the epma applications the standard aggregation weight for new custom members is 1.
If i create a new custom element in our classic application, the aggregation weight is 0.

The aggregation weight on the parent member is set to 1 but if i create a new child the value is 0.
How can i change the default aggregation weight for new members?
