Agents throwing error

We recently upgraded from OBIEE 11.1.1.5 to 11.1.1.6. With 11.1.1.5 agents were running properly but now they give below error:

Global Error: [nQSError: 77006] Oracle BI Presentation Server Error: A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: Unknown authentication schema: UidPwd-delivers
Error Codes: GPA2Z36E

I have checked instanceconfig.xml of Scheduler and since I had taken back up compared it with the one when we had .5.
Please help!
