Agent problem after upgrade

Hi guys,
i've upgrade GridCOntrol OMS and Agent on Linux x86_64 platform to R4 release and i've notice every days of this error from only one server monitored:

Agent is Unreachable (REASON = peer not authenticated) but the host is UP.

if i check agent on this server, it is down and if i try to startup it shows me that HTTP listener port is already in use. So i have to kill listener process and restart agent for working it.

I don't know what happen, what i can do for understand problem?
