Agent not uploading: <Upload Manager> Exceeded Max allowed Upload data

Hello,

Agent 10.2.0.5 on AIX was working ok. But after unplanned restart I see Metric Collection Error in OEM.

On host:
status agent: No Successful Heartbeat

upload agent: EMD upload error: uploadXMLFiles skipped :: OMS version not checked yet..

emagent.log:

Whats solution? Help needed!!!
