I am getting a connectivity error message whenever i try to patch using the oem cloud control on my target.

My agent is up and running on 3872, i have ran the ./emctl status agent several time and it always give
Heartbeat Status : Ok

Next scheduled heartbeat to OMS : 2017-02-08 13:34:50

Agent is Running and Ready
I even ran ./emctl pingOMS to confirm the connectivity and it comes back with "

I don't know why it is failing with the error message " the agent is unreachable".... This is driving me crazy ,someone should help me please!!!!!
