after upgred from 9I to 10G

I have a magic (dev tool) application then working with oracle DB .
Last week I upgrade the DB fron 9I to 11G and since then I get the error
" ORA-01002: fetch out of sequence"
For some of the process.

What difference between the version can cause this error to appear in 11G?
