After upgrading from APEX 20.1 (Patch 202102.05) to APEX 21.2 (without patch), there is now one Application in my workspace where the region buttons in the Page Designer are shown double.
For Example, there are now 2 buttons with the name 'CANCEL' and two with the name 'SAVE' on the same page in the Page Designer. This happend to all pages in this application.
In the application itself there is still only one button visible and when i change the properties of one of these buttons in the Page Builder, the second one is changed too. When i delete one of these two buttons, the other one is deleted too.
In the Application View APEX_APPLICATION_PAGE_BUTTONS there is also only one button listed, so this seems to be a display bug in the APEX Page Designer.
The application is still based on the old Topaz Theme, not Universal Theme, but in the same workspace i have other old applications based on Topaz without this duplicated Buttons.
Has anyone seen anything like this before? How to fix it?
