After Unistall of Oracle, RDBMS Kernels still in memory

HI,

I uninstalled Oracle 12c from my Windows 10 machine, but I still have 3 Oracle RDBMS Kernel Executables in memory. They are using about 275MB each.

I have ended these processes several times. They come back after reboot.

I have googled the answer and also searched the community here with several different phrases. I came up with nothing helpful.
