After Subversion Update, JDeveloper is NOT Recognizing New Classes

Sc0Tttehc0Hdur-OracleAug 14 2013 — edited Aug 14 2013

After taking an SVN update, using both TortoiseSVN AND the JDeveloper SVN plugin, new files are not being recognized when I try to Run my ADF app locally.  Our workaround up to this point has been to delete the workspace and take a fresh copy from Subversion.  However, this is no longer an acceptable workaround as I have a large amount of code not checked in.  We have also copied the contents of the file, deleted it locally, recreated and pasted the contents back in, then revert it in Tortoise (so it doesn't show up as an "Add").  The second option may be what I do in the short term to get my code tested so I can check it in, but neither of the options I mentioned are ideal and waste time.  Is there a fix for this I don't know about, or is it a known bug?

I have a screenshot showing the class in the Application Navigator right next to the IntegratedWebLogicServer output log with the error, but the "Insert Image" link does not work.
