After stopping agent, 10.2.0.,5 GC Console still shows agent as up.

Hi,

I've just installed GC 10.2.0.5 on Windows. I've installed a number of agents on 10.2.0.5 on Linux. Communication is fine both ways. But after I stop the agents from the command line (emctl stop agent) the status in the console remains as UP. When I go the agents home I get the following message

'Communication between the Oracle Management Service host to the Agent host is unavailable. Any functions or displayed information requiring this communication link will be unavailable. For example: deleting/configuring/adding targets, uploading metric data, or displaying Agent home page information such as Agent to Management Service Response Time (ms).'

And the green arrow is still there.

Any help would be appreciated.
