After installing Oracle 21c I do not kow a way to start the datacase or sqlplus

I download abd installed Oracle 2`c, There were no error messages during the install. But now I cannot see a way to start the database. and there is not sqlplus program on my computer.

Then I go into add/remove programs, there is no Oracle or SQLPLUS to remove. So the installation did not work. I will try it again.

Any suggestions?
