After Install cannot login to WSM

Hello folks, I have just finished installing the SOA suite on a Oracle Linux 64. I can login and access all the components but for WSM. I have setup WSM for local authentication using an XE database. I tried to login to the WSM console using oc4jadmin and ORAWSM users but no avail.

Any ideas on how to overcome this?
