After downloading PDF report from apex not able to open

Dear All,

I am using oracle apex Release 4.2. When i download the report as PDF then its downloading from Actions-->Download option. Once its downloaded and when i try to open the file its showing the error as

adobe reader could not open the file. Please see the below screen shot. Can Someone help to resolve this issue.
