after Apex migration from 5.1 to 21.1 CHART errors coming on screen

Hi Team
I have been sucessfully migrated the apex 5.1 to apex 21.1,Now im facing issues on 2D line chart page

one more important thing while trying to open back end page im getting json.writer .not open page.im unable to find out the root cause
