After 2-5 min the OEM shows:The database target is currently unavailable

Hi *,

on a O 10g (SuSE SLES 9 PL2) database we have the folowing problem:

The listener is up and the database instance is open, then we start the OEM with export ORACLE_SID=foobar; emctl start dbconsole. For 2-5 minutes it is all ok,
but then the OEM shows:
"The database target is currently unavailable. The state of the components are listed below."
Database Instance: Status Open
Listener: Status Up
Agent Connection to Instance: Status Unavailable Details

Has anyone an idea what happend?
Thanx for ideas or help.
