AE & Extreme Programming

Hi

I've seriously programmed many years ago, but I've registered the concept of Extreme Programming (EP). My guess is that Appliaction Express's (AE'a) concept correlates with EP's concept.

Delivery of product (AE) with related knowledge (EP) can be perceived as a value added by potential users and it can help to further promote AE. Especially AE with Oracle Data Hubs gives IT large flexibility at low cost before the business requirements are mature and building (Java based) or buying (packaged) "serious" application are on the agenda.

My questions
- Any recommentation of really good books or webs regarding EP?
- Any whitepaper how AE supports EP?
- Any experiences with this topic?
