Advise on upgrading to 10G version 2.

Hi:

I've got 10G 10.1.0.3.0 installed on both my Windows XP Pro machine and Red Hat Enterprise V4 Linux machine. I've downloaded the 10G version 2 and would like to 'upgrade' to the newer version on both. Here's my question? Is there an upgrade path or do I have to install the newer version as a standlone on both machine?

I've looked all over Oracle's Web Page attempting to find some documentation on this upgrade but I can't find anything.

Has anyone successfully upgraded from version 1 to version 2 on either system and, if so, do you have any documentation I could use to help me upgrade/install.
