Advice required for RAM upgrade

Hi all,

Our database server configuration is

Ram 16 GB (Database is configured to use 12 GB)
CPU 4 * 1495 MHz

It’s a DW server... Database size is 4 TB and every day increase of 3.5 GB. They used to run a lot of reports on this server. We have recommended to the management to upgrade the ram from 16GB to 32 GB (which is the maximum we can upgrade). Now management is asking us to give the proof/evidence for upgrading memory. How can I prove that? What report/output can I give to make them understand the memory is not sufficient?

Thanks in advance
Regards
Nishant Santhan
