Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC) - OBIEE Based

Anyone used Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC)? Details are here:

I realize this may not be the right forum for APCC, but can anyone point me to the right forum or other source of information on it.
It provides OBIEE based KPI's related to Supply chain Management. Specifically, I am looking for:

1) Detailed guide to install and configure it
2) What is the ETL mechanism and how customizable is it?
3) what data sources are supported out of box?
4) If you have implemented or planning to, can you please post your experiences.
