Advance Viewer not working in IPM

Hi All,

To implement the annotation/Sticky Notes functionality I was trying to open an existing document via Advance Viewer of IPM. But whenever I'm switching from Basic Viewer to Advance Viewer a grey screen appears. I've checked with the security group of the user and it is absolutely fine. (having "View,Write,Delete,Grant Access, Lock Admin,Annotate Standrard,Annotate Restricted , Annotate Hidden" permission). What could be the possible reason? Any help will be appreciated.

IPM Version- 11.1.1.9.0
