adump not being populated in 11g r2

Hello,

I have set enable_sys_auditing=true and audit_trail=db,extended in Oracle 11g r2 Enterprise for Windows 32bit but the adump directory stays empty. This config has worked in Oracle 10g. Is there some new parameter I am missing in 11.2?

Oracle service is under the Local System account, so it has write access to the directory. Also audit_file_dest = D:\ORACLE\ADMIN\INTRA2\ADUMP, so I know I'm in the right directory.
