Hello,

I'm a software developer of an Italian medical startup based in Turin. I'm trying to develop an application that integrates with FHIR API.

Our software needs to implement the following flow, every hour:

  1. Get admissions and discharges of the last hour within the intensive care unit2)
  2. For the newest admitted patient, get their observation in the last hour

I was wondering: is there a way to wait or be in some way warned about the events of point 1?
