adstats.sql

Hi,
launching adstats.sql I have these error messages :
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P000
ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_STATS", line 12440
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_STATS", line 12766
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_STATS", line 12842
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_STATS", line 12802
ORA-06512: at line 3
ORA-06512: at line 16

Please help.
