adpatch compiledb=no compiljsp=no

Hi,
adpatch compiledb=no compiljsp=no
is it the right syntax to prevent compiling invalid objects when patching ?
What are the bad results of these options ?
we want use these options since applying several patchs (4038846, 3746084, 4115207) the adworkers take lots of time to compile.
