"Adobe Acrobat Reader Could not open abc.pdf"

i have configure Apex Listner as report server and run my report when i click the print button it give to open/ save as to pdf, and while open the report file it raise the error "Adobe Acrobat Reader Could not open abc.pdf because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged"

any idea to resolve this issue

apex ver:4.2.6.00.03

apex listner:3.05
