Admintool.exe

I have installed OBI on Windows 8.1 64bit. Then I installed 32bit OBI Client. The problem is that Admintool does not import Metadata. After setting up the connection no objects are visible.

I tried to install full Oracle Client 11g 32bit, but it does not help. In the log file I can see: [nQSError: 93001] Can not load library, oracore11.dll. Where can I get this dll from?
