Admin user navigating to all users' "My Folders"

Hey everyone,

I'm logged into Answers as the Adiministrator user and I'm trying to figure out how to navigate to a given user's folder in order to debug a report. For example, suppose user Bob contacts me explaining that he has a report in his "My Folders" folder which looks suspicious and wants me to check it out. I would like to be able to login as Administrator and somehow navigate to Bob's folder and run his report and see what's wrong.

So far, the only way I've been able to accomlish this was to go into "Manage Catelog", then click on the directory path (/: users : administrator) I click on "users". Once in the users folder, I have to find the user, i.e. Bob, click on properties and take ownership of his folder. Then I have to click on permissions and give myself permissions. Finally I have to go through each report he has a problem with and also set permissions at that level to. This seems like a very drawn out process for an Administrator user who should just be able to do 1 or 2 clicks and should be able to view/run/modify Bob's report.

Does anyone have any idea how to accomplish this?

-Joe
