Admin server not create port 7001 after started.

Firewall is off
Admin Server only create another port
While starting log stuck in here
<JMX> <BEA-149512> <JMX Connector Server started at service:jmx:iiop://....
this is weblogic server cluster
AdminServer -> 10.0.11.62
APP1 -> 10.0.11.63
APP2 -> 10.0.11.64
OHS Server -> 10.0.49.107
and using connecton DB to 10.1.12.208:1521

Maybe anyone can help me for this case, please...
