Admin Login Failed After Apex Installation ( ** Priority=High **)

After the freash installation of Apex 3.2.1, I am unable to login to Apex interface through the below mentioned URL

http://localhost:8080/apex/apex_admin

After entering this url, system asks for user name and password but after entering the user=admin, password=pwd(password changed during installation for admin).

Below mentioned is appearing on my login screen.


The server localhost at XDB requires a username and password.

Warning: This server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection

Error code which appears after entering login/password is : 401 Unauthorized

I am unable to understand what is the problem. I have followed all the steps carefully during installation but I am unable to open the page for apex admin user.
Please help me.
