I am writing to urgently request assistance regarding my APEX workspace.
I have been actively using my workspace regularly and recently for an academic project. However, as of today, I can no longer log in. When I attempt to sign in, I receive the error message “the account is locked ”.
Could you please investigate and help me recover access to my workspace? The workspace contains important academic work.
