Hi,
In C2M OOB functionality, Adjustment record gets deleted upon Rejection, due to which there is no traceability left about the Adjustment record in the system.
I have seen this as a requirement at 2 CIS modernization projects into CC&B and C2M - where the details of the adjustment amount, user that rejected, rejection reason and comments, and a trigger to the user that initiated it via a To Do informing about the same is needed.
Now, the concern is that after rejection of the adjustment approval request there is no way to track the adjustment in the application although the information is available on the Approval Request Log tables in the database.
As a workaround there were extensions built to refer to the Approval Request Log to create a To Do/Customer Contact and capture all the information related to the adjustment.
The ask with this request is - Can there be some functionality in C2M/CCB/CCS where this feature is available in the application out of the box?
