ADF upgrade from 11.1.2.4 to 12.1.3 and from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7

Hello Experts,

We are planning to upgrade our 11g ADFs to latest 12c - 12.2.1.3. However as for our current ADF versions 11.1.2.4 & 11.1.1.6 we can not upgrade directly to 12.2.1.3. Need to upgrade 11.1.2.4 to 12.1.3 and 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7 then we can upgrade to 12.2.1.3.

I have been searching for upgrade steps. however no luck till now!

Could you please let me know upgrade steps/document for upgrade from 11.1.2.4 to 12.1.3 and from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7 and then upgrade to 12.2.1.3.
