ADF table: how to copy row above

I wan to do the FORMS functionality- that is making a new record that is automatically populated with the field values of the row above.
I've noticed the CreateWithParams operation. But I don't know what it does... I haven't managed to find any documentation about it what so ever. Is there some operation build in or I have to do this by my self?
