ADF Rest Service

Hello all,

we are using Jdeveloper 12.2.1.4. We are trying to consume external Rest service. While creating the rest connection I get an error : "Received Error: Failed to access the data source" where as if I access the same url from browser I get the data.Please guide me . am I missing any settings?
