ADF on Ubuntu Mate

hi all,

can i install and use Oracle DB 11g + ADF & Weblogic Server 12c on Ubuntu Mate 16 ? or any other light weight Linux based OS for development.

if yes, is there any other requirement ( extra libraries etc. ) or it can install normally as on Oracle Linux?
