ADF Library Jar Include Problem

All,

I am relatively to new to the ADF.

I created a ADF reusable library(Generic Project with Web Service Proxy Data Controls and Page Flows). I could able to create the ADF Library Jar file by selecting the properrty in the deployment profile of the project. Everthing is fine till here.
When i tried to add the library using Resourc Palette, I could able to see the Datacontrols immediately, if i regenered the library file, and refresh the library on the project side, not able to see the Datacontrols properly, This problem is happening randomly.

Can somebody help me and suggest what can be the problem and how it can be fixed.
