ADF_FACES-60099 how to fix

Oracle Linux 6.7

weblogic 12.2.1/forms12.2.1

When starting Weblogic, we are receiving multiple warning ADF_FACES-60099 The region comonent has detected a page fragment with multiple roots comonents. Fragments with more than one root comonent may not display correctly in a region and may have a neative impact on performance.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? I don't understand how or what needs to be restructure?
