OIM version = 11.1.2.2.0
While creating new Application Instance form via form designer, i am getting below error:
java.lang.String cannot be cast to oracle.iam.ui.formservice.model.FormCreateResult

I tried following things for resolving this issue, but still not able to create application instance form using form designer:
1) I have followed Doc ID 1960339.1 and didnt find any missing sandbox reference in catalog.AM.xml.xml
2) Created new process form version in Design console and then tried to create application instance form, but didn't work.
Can anyone please provide some inputs on above issue.
