ADF Authentication on jDeveloper 12c > [Security:090302]Authentication Failed

Dear All,

I created an application that has Authentication on login, i created the following:

- Data source (it's read by the application before calling the SQL Authentication login)

- Provider (of type SQLAuthenticator , SUFFICIENT and is found on the top of the list. All users & groups appear in the tab)

Unfortunately I'm getting the following error:

"javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: [Security:090302]Authentication Failed: User TEST denied"

I installed the jDeveloper 12.1.3 and working on the Integrated Weblogic Server 12.1.3.

Should anything else be installed ??

Please help solve this error
