adf 12.1.3 ExecuteWithParams do not work

hi,

when I drop ExecuteWithParams to task flow,An Edit Action Binding dialog pops up.

I entered these Values of Parameters,after I clicked OK button,it seems that these Values were not saved.

because there no any parameter in ExecuteWithParamsPageDef.xml, I clicked plus(+) and add these parameters.

but it does not work,it returns "no data to display".what's wrong?
