Adding y_Lower & y_upper bound in X-Y scatter chart Oracle apex

Adding y_Lower & y_upper bound in X-Y scatter chart.

I have 4 varables in table as [x, y, ylow, y_up],

where I need a scatter chart as shown in Img below , I am not being able to add y_up and y_low wings.

Any suggestion how can I implement this graph
