Adding vendor to Vendors zone on Stock Item the Zone collapses

We have communicated this in every release we have tested since go-live (February 2022) but it's usability still is not addressed. (documented in 22A still not fixed in 24C).

When adding a vendor to the Vendors zone on the Stock Item the zone collapses and forces additional time to be taken to then expand the zone to confirm the vendor was added properly.
