Adding subtitle row in table to format french translation

Hi Experts,

I am having some issues formatting french subtitles in my column headers within a table.

I have 6 colums and the only option I know is to include both english and french text in the same column heading.

I need some help adding a subtitle row in which I can just include the french titles and format them differently (italics/smaller size, etc).

Is this possible?

I am using OBIEE 11g.
