Adding security to WebCentr App (tutorial)

I have followed the instructions for adding security outlined in the Fusion Middleware Tutorial for Oracle WebCenter Developers

After creating the users and application roles as described in the chapter the login fails with the following message:
HTTP method POST is not supported by this URL

This happens to all users except for the weblogic user. I have followed all the steps in the chapter..

What am I doing wrong??
