Adding RAC One Node to OEM Cloud Control 12c

Does anyone experiencing any issue/s adding a RAC One Node to Oracle Enterprise Management Cloud Control 12c? How does OEM 12c handle RAC One Node when relocating the database to the other node? instance will change from instance_1 to instance_2, isn't it? how does this affect Cloud Control 12c?

3 node RAC Oracle 11.2.0.4 on Oracle Linux 6.5

1 RAC One Node database on node1

OEM Cloud Control 12c Release 4 (12.1.0.4) on Oracle Linux 6.5
